Application and Account Details:

SIKA reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available, no longer want to receive a SIKA catalog or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call us on our helpline number or email info@sikafashion.co Sika is committed to respecting your privacy. An electronic copy of each order is held by SIKA but will not be accessible to you. We may also contact you for market research purposes. Delivery:
Delivery fee is subject to increase based on your order weight. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, subject to availability of the products you have ordered. Please allow extra days for local holidays, Egypt national holidays, weekends and sale time. SIKA reserves the right to add, amend or change the free delivery offer at any time.
Offer Order Codes:
Free Delivery and other offer order code remain the property of SIKA and are non-transferable.
Returns:
You can return any unused items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via pick-up by courier or our representative. Returning an order costs the same as its initial shipping. The shipping fee must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded by SIKA . (This does not affect your statutory rights). All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewelry can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty.
Customs Fee For International shipping:
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the Egypt may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.

Prices:
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Prices may differ for each size of the same product. Prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. All prices shown are cash prices in Egyptian Pound (EGP). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.
Availability:
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.
Color Reproduction:
SIKA designers take great care with the colors used in the collections. The limitations of color reproduction and the individual color settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Credit Card Payments:
Once available at our online store, we will be unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next five days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorization has been obtained.
SIKA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Egyptian Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian Courts.
